Lieutenant Joseph Bruneau – B Shift

Lieutenant Bruneau joined our department on September 5, 1995. He was promoted to Lieutenant on May 23, 2023. Prior to his promotion to Lieutenant, he held the historic badge no. 1 which is given to the most senior firefighter in the ranks. Lieutenant Bruneau held the badge from December 28, 2022, until his promotion on May 23, 2023. At 27 Years, 8 Months, and 18 days, Lieutenant Bruneau is the longest serving Firefighter to be promoted in department history.
